Sony Artisan Of Imagery and Professional Sports Photographer Patrick Murphy-Racey On The New 400mm F2.8 G Master

In an exclusive interview, AlphaUniverse.com editor Christopher Robinson talks with professional sports photographer and Sony Artisan Of Imagery Patrick Murphy-Racey about the new Sony 400mm f/2.8 G Master lens. Murphy-Racey had a chance to use the lens on the sidelines and he describes it’s performance and how it worked in conjunction with his α9 cameras. Like a lot of sport professionals, Murphy-Racey has been waiting for this lens for as long as he's been shooting with Sony mirrorless cameras. He finally had his chance on the sidelines of a professional soccer game. Murphy-Racey wanted to give the lens a full-blown test. He shot stills and video and he used the 2X teleconverter and he discusses the experience and the images. See some of Murphy-Racey's photos from the game in New York below (all shot with the 400mm F2.8 G Master OSS and the α9).
